CIRA Care: Working together to recruit skilled workers in Germany and Canada

On January 12, 2025, a major conference on recruiting skilled workers for Germany and Canada took place in Cairo. A powerful association of around 20 companies from Germany and abroad was founded under the name CIRA Care. The aim is to attract well-trained Egyptian geriatric care professionals in particular to the German and Canadian labour markets. Our group of companies plays a central role in this network - in particular through SIS Middle East, SIS Carl Hahn in Germany and Saxony Egypt University (SEU). A decisive factor for a successful departure to Germany is the telc certification, which serves as a language entry requirement. At all of our Egyptian vocational schools for automotive engineering and geriatric care, as well as at SEU, German is therefore an integral part of the entire training program.

At the conference, Mr. R. School presented our company and the most important key points for implementing this project. The Rector of the SEU also explained the many ways in which the project can be taken forward.
