The SIS schools are recognized competence centers for the European language certificate "TELC" (The European Language Certificates). This enables students to acquire and train additional skills in a familiar learning environment.
We encourage our students to develop an awareness of our environment, to develop a willingness to take responsibility for themselves and others and to stand up for social justice.
The commitment to teaching and education is paying off: In the annual Saxon competence tests, SIS pupils regularly score above the Saxon average in the subjects tested.

Anlässlich des 100. Geburtstages unseres Namensgebers, Förderers und großen Unterstützers internationaler Bildung, Prof. Dr. Carl H. Hahn, werden Carl-Hahn-Jubiläumsstipendien für SIS-Grundschulen im kommenden Schuljahr vergeben.
Mit der Eröffnung der weltweit ersten telc-SIS-Akademie startet eine wegweisende Plattform für Sprachzertifikate und Fachkräftequalifizierung. Das Projekt schafft neue, direkte Bildungs- und Karrierewege zwischen Ägypten und Deutschland.
20 Schülerinnen und Schüler aus Girona verbrachten im Rahmen des Erasmus-Programms eine spannende Projektwoche an den Internationalen Oberschulen Neukirchen und Meerane. Gemeinsam mit ihren deutschen Gastgebern beschäftigten sie sich mit dem Thema „Wasser – gestern, heute und morgen“.

Professor Carl Hahn visits SIS educational institutions. Education is seen as the key to success in Germany. The earlier the better. Saxony International School - Carl Hahn follows this credo and prepares the next generation for the challenges of the future in a very special way.
In honor of Prof. Carl Hahn, representatives from business and education met at the Villa Hahn in Chemnitz to toast the honorary citizen of Chemnitz and Zwickau.

Our "space mission" at the International Schools in Reinsdorf is pure science.
In May of this year, we made it possible to experience science up close by means of a stratospheric flight. In an interdisciplinary STEM school project, pupils flew a stratospheric balloon to the edge of space.
