Strong together against bullying

SIS is committed to respectful and non-violent coexistence. With this in mind, the school clubs at our schools invite you to prevention events under the motto "Strong together against bullying". The renowned anti-bullying coach Carsten Stahl inspires pupils, teachers and parents with his authentic demeanor, clear language and moving personal experiences. Mr. Stahl works together with police prevention officer Rico Reichel at some of these events. Carsten Stahl makes it impressively clear that bullying is not a "minor problem", but can have a profound impact on the lives of those affected. In interactive presentations, he sensitizes participants to the various forms of bullying - from verbal attacks and exclusion to cyberbullying.

Sustainable school activities to strengthen cooperation: We have developed a comprehensive package of measures to anchor the impetus from the event in everyday school life in the long term. This includes, in particular, the implementation of an all-day program with "Fair Guard" teams at the schools, ongoing further training and the possibility of a hotline to prevention coaches, worry letterboxes and mentoring programs (e.g. older pupils support younger ones). With these measures, we not only want to achieve short-term effects, but also firmly establish a school culture of mindfulness, respect and cooperation. Because bullying affects us all - and only together are we strong.
